Week 7 practices
When scanning the article the brand with a social media policy I liked was Best Buy. I liked their social media policy because it is very straightforward but effective. I liked how they said your responsibilities as an employee are not just when you are are the clock but when you are off of it too as you refer to them online. This is important because if an employee was writing negatively online about Best Buy it would negatively effect their business and the view customers have on them. I also like how they promote inclusion and don't tolerate discrimination. This is important because discrimination is wrong and if a certain group of people are discriminated against relating to Best Buy it could create an unpleasant controversy for Best Buy.
